My yoga classes are focussed on connection. The connection with yourself through breath, body, mind and movement. My classes are a combination of meditation, breath exercises, focus and intention, slow, fluid and connected movement. The whole class feels like a ritual for you.
 

Besides that I integrate our natural rhythms into the practice, together with becoming aware of the energy centers of the body. We connect with the Moon Phases, Ayurveda, the Elements, Chakra’s and more. The Yoga practice is an complete and holistic practice.
